Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

GadgetHQ.co is operated by Abbot Distribution, a company registered in France. We serve U.S. customers through a global supplier network.

Products ship directly from our supplier network. Shipping origin depends on product availability and supplier location.


3. Shipping Cost

GadgetHQ.co offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for standard delivery within the U.S.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after order placement, combining processing and transit time.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, and carrier conditions.


Fast Shipping Products

Certain products may qualify for faster delivery, typically 1–3 business days. When applicable, the estimated delivery time is clearly indicated on the product page.

The delivery estimate shown on the product page takes priority over standard timelines.


Products Containing Batteries

Products containing lithium batteries or integrated battery components may be subject to additional shipping regulations, which may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times due to carrier safety procedures.


5. Shipping Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for failed delivery and additional reshipping fees may apply. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We may assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, return shipping fees, handling charges, and any carrier costs may be deducted from the refund.


9. Customs and Import Considerations

For products shipped from international warehouses, additional customs processing time may apply. Import duties or local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Customs-related delays are outside our control.


10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
