At GadgetHQ.co, we aim to make returns simple, transparent, and hassle-free. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or misuse

All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear
  • Items returned incomplete or altered
  • Software-activated or account-linked devices
  • Used tools

Certain electronic components and replacement parts cannot be returned once installed or used. This includes items such as screens, batteries, and internal components.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photo or video evidence and keep the original packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


5. Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility before purchase. We do not accept returns for incorrect model selection, carrier incompatibility, network or regional incompatibility, or software and firmware limitations. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.


6. Refurbished Devices

Refurbished devices may be returned within 30 days if the device is in the same condition as received, no iCloud or account lock is active, no personal data remains, and no passcode or security lock is set. Devices returned with locks, accounts, or damage may be refused.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned, return shipping fees, handling costs, and customs charges if applicable may be deducted from your refund.


10. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may delay resolution and require additional verification.
